These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ArcGate Route VPN (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for confirming that use of VPN services is permitted under the laws that apply to you. You may not use the App if doing so would violate applicable law or regulation.
ArcGate Route VPN provides VPN tunneling and related connectivity features on supported Android devices. Features, available nodes or regions, performance, and availability may change over time and may vary by device, network conditions, and location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or unlimited connectivity.
You are responsible for your device, for any activity that occurs through your use of the App, and for complying with these Terms. If the App offers optional settings or preferences, you are responsible for configuring them appropriately.
You agree not to use the App to:
You remain solely responsible for your conduct and for content or communications transmitted while using the App.
The App requires Android VPN authorization and uses permissions needed to operate the VPN foreground service, notifications, network access, and related features. Details about permissions and data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw certain permissions in system settings, but doing so may limit or prevent VPN functionality.
The App may display advertisements and may use third-party services for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and crash diagnostics, as described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising experience may vary, and we do not control all third-party ad content.
Certain advertising and diagnostic features are activated only after you agree to the applicable privacy notice in the App. If you do not provide consent, those features remain unavailable or inactive to the extent required by the App’s consent flow and platform rules. Core VPN use may still require system VPN consent and related permissions.
The App may rely on third-party infrastructure, SDKs, advertising networks, analytics providers, and network operators. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Availability, speed, and quality may vary by location, network, device, and provider performance. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App as permitted by these Terms and Google Play’s terms, no rights are granted to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be secure, or operate without interruption or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App, or disable certain features, if we reasonably believe there is abuse, legal or security risk, or a violation of these Terms or applicable policies. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
We may modify features, availability, and these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and make the updated Terms available in the App or on our official website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle information.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us through the ArcGate Route VPN in-App support channel or our official website.
